BOROUGH IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA

DAVE BUONAGUIDI: SCREEN CLASSICS

MAD is proud to present Borough Is Always A Good Idea - a new exhibition of works by Dave Buonaguidi, the artist formerly known as top-ad-industry-creative-maverick-Mr-Dave-Buonaguidi (and AKA Real Hackney Dave), running at our Borough Yards space from 14th October to 16th November.

Featuring Buonaguidi’s signature combination of wry wordsmithery, punchy neon pink typeface and archival found media & ephemera, the exhibition provides a platform for the artist’s renowned brand of cheeky (and often sweary) worldly optimism.

With over 200 new works, including ‘LICK ME’ stamps; 'TRASH' banknotes; ‘NORF SARF’ maps; and our exclusive new commission, Theatreland is Always A Good Idea - as well as (drumroll, please)Art Scum’ doggy bandanas; human ‘Lick Mehats (for the humans); and London’s first Doggy Instagram Wall – this is a show to put the full fruit into London’s seasonal mellow fruitfulness this autumn.

And if you can't get down to the gallery then get stuck in below.

Our wonderful gallery manager, Asta, is on hand to provide advice or assistance if you need. (asta@mobileartdisco.co.uk).
