The London Police is an art collective started in 1998 by Chaz Barrisson and Bob Gibson when the two headed to Amsterdam to rejuvenate the drab looking streets of the drug capital of the world - Amsterdam. They were part of a small group of artists at the end of the 20th century that helped pioneer the street art movement. After a few years of mixing traveling and making art in the street TLP began to receive worldwide recognition for their contribution to the graffiti/street art movement.
